Billing questions
What counts as one business?
One legal entity with its own books, such as one GSTIN. Branches under the same books count as branches, not separate businesses.
What happens after 14 days?
You choose a plan and add a payment method. If you do nothing, the briefs simply stop. Nothing is charged automatically.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply immediately and are charged pro rata. Downgrades apply from the next billing month.
Which currencies and payment methods?
Prices are in US dollars. Indian businesses are billed in rupees at the current rate, with GST invoices, by card, UPI or bank transfer.
Is there a discount for yearly billing?
Yes. Yearly billing gives you two months free on every plan.
