Do I need the same software in every branch?
No. One branch can run a POS, another can bill from the accounts software, and the online store can sit on its own platform. Dawvone maps them into one view.
How are returns handled?
Returns are subtracted on the day they happen and also shown separately, so you can see both net sales and the return rate for each branch and product.
Can I see GST-exclusive figures?
Yes. Choose whether the brief and dashboards show sales with or without GST. The default follows how your accounts report sales.
