Do you need access to my bank?
Only read-only access, through secure, bank-approved connections or the statement feeds your bank already offers. Dawvone can see balances and transactions. It cannot move money, add payees or change anything.
Can my partner get the brief too?
Yes. Add partners and managers on the Sunrise and Full Day plans. Each person can get the whole business or only their branch, at their own time and in their own language.
Can I choose the time?
Yes. The brief arrives at 6:00 am by default. Pick any time between 4:30 am and 10:00 am, and choose the days. Many owners skip Sundays.
What if my data is in Excel?
That works. Upload a sheet or connect a Google Sheet for targets, price lists or branch numbers that live outside your software. Dawvone reads it every night like any other source.
In which languages?
English and Hindi, plus Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Bengali. You can ask questions in the language you think in, including a mix of Hindi and English.
Can I stop anytime?
Yes. Plans are monthly. Cancel from your settings and the brief stops at the end of the billing month. Ask us and we will delete your business data within 30 days.
How accurate are the numbers?
The brief uses the figures in your own systems, and every answer shows the source it came from. If a source did not sync, the brief says so instead of guessing.
How long does setup take?
