1. The Service
The Service reads data from business systems you connect, such as accounting software, bank accounts, point of sale, online stores, ad accounts and spreadsheets, and uses it to prepare a daily brief, answer questions and show tools including Cash Watch, Sales Sunrise, Anomaly Alerts and Goal Tracker.
2. Information, not advice
Briefs, answers and alerts summarise the data in your own systems. They are not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. Alerts highlight unusual changes for you to check; they are not findings of fact. Please confirm important figures in the source system before you act on them.
3. Your account
- You must be authorised to connect each data source and to share its data with the Service.
- You are responsible for the recipients you add and for what each of them is allowed to see.
- Keep your login details safe and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used them.
4. Read-only access
The Service requests read-only permissions wherever a source offers them. It does not make payments, create or change records, or contact your customers or suppliers. You can withdraw any connection at any time.
5. Accuracy of data
The quality of a brief depends on the data in your systems and on each source syncing. When a source is unavailable, the brief says so. We are not responsible for errors that come from the data in your own systems or from a third-party source being unavailable.
6. Free trial and plans
- New businesses get 14 days of free mornings. No card is needed for the trial.
- After the trial, the Service continues only if you choose a plan. Plans are priced per business per month, or per year at a discount.
- Plan limits, such as branches, data sources, recipients and questions, are listed on the pricing page.
- Prices may change. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a change applies to your plan.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to process data you have no right to use, to attempt to access another customer's data, to reverse engineer the Service, or to overload or disrupt it. We may suspend accounts that put other customers or the Service at risk.
8. Your data
You own your business data. You give us permission to process it only to provide the Service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing terms. We do not sell it and do not use it to train AI models for other customers.
9. Availability
We aim to deliver every brief at the time you chose and the Service to be available around the clock. Planned maintenance is scheduled outside the 4:00 am to 10:00 am brief window where possible.
10. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, arising from decisions made using a brief, answer or alert.
11. Ending the Service
You can cancel at any time from settings. The Service continues until the end of the paid period and then stops. We may end the Service for breach of these terms after notice, or immediately for serious misuse. On request after cancellation, we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Madhya Pradesh, after both sides have first tried in good faith to resolve the matter by email.
