- 02
Measure the gap
Only changes well outside the usual range are raised. Small daily noise is ignored.
- 03
Find the likely cause

Questions about Anomaly Alerts
Will I get too many alerts?
The brief shows at most three alerts, ranked by money at stake. The rest wait in the alerts list. You can raise or lower the sensitivity per branch.
Are alerts always right?
No, and they are not meant to be conclusions. Each alert is a prompt to check, with the data attached. Mark it as expected and Dawvone learns from it.
Can a manager receive alerts for their branch?
Yes. On the Sunrise and Full Day plans, alerts can go to the branch manager as well as you.
