Questions about Cash Watch
How is the forecast calculated?
It starts from today's balance, adds expected collections based on each customer's usual payment delay, subtracts bills by due date, and adds typical daily sales for each weekday. You can mark a payment as confirmed or doubtful.
Can Dawvone pay bills or move money?
No. Bank access is strictly read-only. Dawvone can see balances and transactions but has no ability to make or approve payments.
What about cash sales at the counter?
If your POS or accounts record cash sales and deposits, Cash Watch includes them. Cash held at branches can be shown separately from cash in the bank.
